We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and optimize innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and key opportunities for growth
• Create and manage engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
• Optimize website content and structure for improved organic search visibility and user experience
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to drive results
• Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and marketing attribution
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns and results
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and persuasive copy
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user behavior analysis
